Priscilla Humphrey has been teaching Yoga in Southern New England since 1997. Priscilla offers both

Group classes are normally held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9 am. Special classes, such as Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Nutritional Talks are held at other times.
