FASCIA…..I talk about it every single day with my clients but it’s hard to imagine what exactly it is. A web of connective tissue that not only connects muscle tissue but also every other system in the body including the nervous system.

When we say “your body holds trauma”, this is where it stays.

KANSA WAND - what you need to know….

An ancient healing tool that has stood the test of time. Why? Because it works.

Did you know it even pre-dates our beloved Gua-Sha?

Crafted with BROZE (a copper/tin alloy) which is known for its anti-bacterial effects, this device will naturally balance your skin’s pH. The coolness of the metal reduces inflammation while stimulating lymphatic drainage. Regular use is key to see a reduction in skin puffiness and the restoration of your skin’s natural glow.

Experience this and other healing traditions at our studio in downtown Mystic, CT.
