Hiking in the dark to be above tree line for the sunrise proved to be quite the mindfulness practice and a deepening of awareness of breath, thoughts, body, and surroundings. Getting to fully immerse in the experience of being, seeing only what the headlamp shines light on in front of me… it was a journey indeed! 🤗 Fun to witness how the thoughts and sensations changed as we climbed higher🏔️

Summitting was a challenge and also a blast! Thankful thankful for this life and the experiences❤️

Happy, healthy, and free…. Wild how much more whole, in alignment, and connected I feel after a reiki session.

And with that a lot of insight and lessons… Some of the biggest lessons I’m learning this summer that contribute to my happiness…
Go towards what feels warm, use discernment and say no, have enough self worth to know what I deserve and then not settle for less, be selective with what I give my energy to, abundance is a mindset, go towards things that feel expansive, and make time for that which brings joy☺️💛

The mountains and hot springs moved something deep within me… the paradox of healing is that on one level I am healed- I am happy, whole, and free and sovereign in my being.
And on another level there’s things (emotions) from the past that if not felt and resolved in the moment, stay dormant until the space is there to feel and heal… reorganizing them by relating to them differently so that I can build nervous system capacity.

Being with multiplicities of truths at once expands my perspective and helps to transcend dualism (ie either this or that is true).
Loving the journey and thankful for it all🤍
