Social media can make it feel like classrooms have to be Pinterest-perfect!
But the truth? Classrooms need to be functional for both teachers and kids.

Shout-out to a classroom I was in recently that is absolutely thriving 👏

✔️ A visual schedule where students move the clip to show where they are in the day (bonus: make this a classroom job—kids LOVE it!)
✔️ Classroom rules with visuals to support understanding and independence
✔️ A setup designed for real learning, not just photos

This teacher focused on what works and it shows!
When classrooms are functional, students succeed and teachers can actually breathe.
