It has a heritage of caring and providing quality skilled and rehabilitative services to seniors in southeastern Georgia. Bayview was built in 1995 by the late Claude Sears and his wife, Gloria Sears of Nahunta, Georgia who is the owner. Since 2004, Bayview is managed by Crossroads Medical Management whic

h is owned and operated by a nephew of the late Claude Sears and Gloria Sears. Bayview received national honors in 2008 for exemplary customer service. The award was presented by My Innerview, an independent research firm and quality management company, which recognizes select nursing homes nationwide that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and have successfully made quality a priority to better serve residents. Yesterday for Nursing Home Week, our “Explorers” dress-up theme came to life as staff and residents teamed up for a facility-wide scavenger hunt full of laughter, teamwork, and fun surprises! 🕵️‍♀️🌍💜

Today brought out everyone’s competitive side with wheelchair races, a splash of color, and snow cones for all to enjoy! 🌈🍧

Yesterday’s National Nursing Home Week festivities included a beautiful tea party with our residents! 🫖💐 Full of sweet treats, laughter, and wonderful conversation💛

We also celebrated our high school seniors with a graduation party to recognize their hard work and the exciting next chapter ahead! 🎓✨ Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎉🤩

Yesterday we dressed like Spring and enjoyed Spring Time Bingo! Today was Pajama Day with popcorn, Coke, and a movie with our wonderful residents. ❤️🍿🎬

A few weeks ago we celebrated National Nursing Home Week, and we want to share some of the fun we had with you!
We kicked off Nursing Home Week with our Annual Mother’s Day Tea. The rest of the week included Carnival Day, Western Day, Beauty Pageant Day, Cuisine Day, and Olympics Day. We had the best time and are so thankful for our residents, families, and staff ❤️
