I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho that specializes in marriage, couples, and family therapy. I enjoy working with individual adults and teens, couples, and the entire family unit. I have an understanding and connection to military active duty and veterans. When helping people, I believe it is valuable to work with them to produce change and find solutions. Understanding personal or f

amily problems can be found with exploration and insight. Interacting and working with many people from various cultures and walks of life has given me a deeper understanding of the human mind, body, and spirit. I have a Master of Science in Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University. My approach to counseling is through the lens of Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology in addition to Solution-Oriented Possibility Therapy and the Family Systems approach.
