WE’RE BACK!! 💞✨🤩 Annsley-Rae and Rebecca have returned from maternity leave, babies in tow, to continue caring for our beloved clients through their pregnancies, births, and postpartums.

You’ll probably get to meet Fritzy-Mae and Rose in your appointments at some point and also our new student Mariah!! We also have already been blessed to attend a couple of births back together 💗

Thank you to all who supported us to make our leave happen smoothly including Katy Rawlins, LM, CPM and Alyse Powell, CPM, LM who stepped in to cover clinic and births. We could not be more grateful. We look forward to seeing you, or meeting you for the first time as we come back with a renewed sense and vision of this work and motherhood. 💞

Midwives can be plumbers too 😅🤪 Just kidding, we *mostly* don’t possess those skills. But, if your hose gets stuck in your toilet as we’re draining your birth tub, our skilled hands are really good at finding creative ways to get things out of tight places so we just might be successful in getting it out 😉

Midwifery is so much more than catching babies. It’s smiling and laughing at 2am while removing a stuck hose from a toilet. It’s not being able to wipe a gigantic smile of pure joy off your face at 3am after no sleep on your way home from a birth. It’s a calling that is like no other, and I’m so grateful for it.

So just know, when we are coming to your birth, we are coming because we love this work and we love you. And if sometimes that incudes a little toilet/hose dystocia, we will manage that too 🤍
