The Spine Reflex is my favourite zone to work on. Slow, low to medium pressure thumb walking along each nerve of the spinal column can be sensitive to the person receiving.

The arch can be sensitive for many reasons from poor arch support in the shoes to standing on your feet for too long doing repetitive work. If the foot and arch are not taken care of the rest of the body suffers.

Gently thumb walk, massage or twist the arch and foot to stretch and release those sore bones all 26 of them!!
