Fifteen years ago, I began this journey with a vision to help people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and remember their innate ability to heal.
As the owner of Nectar of Life Sanctuary, I've dedicated my career to blending advanced osteopathic lymphatic therapy with holistic wellness practices. My work is rooted in supporting the body's natural healing processes through lymphatic drainage, bodywork, herbal wisdom, and whole-person care.
Every treatment is more than a service—it's an opportunity to create space for restoration, renewal, and transformation.
It has been an honor to serve our Sonoma County community, witnessing countless stories of healing, resilience, and hope. I'm deeply grateful for every client who has trusted me to be part of their wellness journey.
