We are saddened to share the passing of Kary Duncan, a longtime friend and former board member of OLE Health and the OLE Health Foundation.

Kary served with thoughtfulness, grace, and quiet strength — calm, inclusive, and always bringing a subtle sense of humor to the work. She gave generously of her time and care, helping guide both the medical and fundraising sides of OLE.

She was especially instrumental in growing the Foundation from the beloved Clinic OLE Chili Ball into the first OLE Health Foundation Gala in 2012 — opening Silver Oak Winery alongside David to welcome our community with extraordinary generosity. Her vision helped lay the groundwork for the Gala that continues to fund our mission today.

Her legacy remains woven into OLE’s story. We are deeply grateful for her years of service, friendship, and dedication. Our hearts are with David, her family, and all who loved her. 🤍

✨ Patient Spotlight: When Heliodoro lost his work hours, they lost their health coverage and his serious health conditions went untreated because they simply couldn't afford care. Then a coworker mentioned CommuniCare+OLE. 💙

They found coverage they didn't know they qualified for, and Heliodoro finally got the care he needed at little to no cost.
