From RBT, to BCBA, to Clinic Director… you’ve grown into every role with humility, curiosity, and a learner‑first mindset that sets the standard for all of us.

You helped open three locations, shaped countless clinicians, and built spaces where our learners and teams thrive. Your leadership is thoughtful and rooted in heart. We are endlessly proud of the professional you’ve become and the impact you make every single day.

The continuum of care matters and adults deserve it too! At a.c.e. therapies, we believe that quality ABA doesn’t end at age six, eight, or eighteen. Autism and developmental disabilities are lifelong and meaningful support should be too. That’s why a true continuum of services isn’t optional in at a.c.e. ; it’s an ethical responsibility.

Families shouldn’t have to experience services suddenly stop just because a birthday or graduation arrives. Skills don’t magically appear with age. Independence isn’t built in a vacuum. And community access doesn’t happen without selecting intentional skills, teaching, practice, and support.

This is exactly why we created our exclusive Adult Learning Center, a space designed for exclusively teens and adults ( there are no pediatric services at this space) ages fifteen and older to learn the functional, lifelong skills that open doors to the world beyond our walls.

There are too many adults left with limited options-not because they lack potential, but because they were never given the chance to build skills that make community life more accessible. We are proud to continue to answering the need for high-quality adult ABA, Speech, and occupational therapy services and teach skills that truly matter.

So much growth happening at a.c.e. therapies and so many incredible clinicians to celebrate.
We’re excited to welcome Trish, SLP, and Hailey, OTD, to our clinical team, and to celebrate on Ashley as she begins her SLP Clinical Fellowship Year.
Trish brings strong pediatric speech experience across clinics, schools, and hospitals. Hailey joins us with a passion for supporting the IDD community and building functional, meaningful skills. And Ashley, a familiar face, continues her journey with us after earning her master’s and three years of dedication as an RBT.
We look forward to watching our learners grow with their heart and commitment each of them brings to our mission.

Today we’re celebrating two team members who have grown with us, learned with us, and poured so much heart into their work over the past three years- Amber and Ashley.

Both began their journeys with a.c.e. as RBTs three years ago, and watching them step into their next chapters has been an honor. Their dedication to our learners, their commitment to the field, and their willingness to keep growing have made a lasting impact on our team and the families we serve.

Amber completed her BCaBA coursework through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and passed her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst exam last week. She is now officially a BCaBA. Her steady determination, curiosity , and compassion have been evident since day one.

Ashley earned her Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology from St. Xavier University and will begin her Clinical Fellowship Year with a.c.e. Her warmth, professionalism, dedication, and natural connection with learners will continue to assist with helping our learners find their effective method of speaking and communicating.

We are incredibly proud of both of them, not just for what they’ve achieved, but for who they’ve become along the way. Supporting their growth has been a privilege, and we can’t wait to witness the impact they’ll continue to make as clinicians.
