Breakfast. To eat or not to eat?🤔

Breakfast is a commitment.

Eat it and you’re “doing wellness.”
Skip it and suddenly you’re in a podcast debate with yourself about insulin, cortisol, and your ancestors.

Meanwhile your stomach is just like:
“Cool story. Feed me or don’t. I’ll act accordingly.” 😌

Moral of the story: eat breakfast if it helps you feel human.
Skip it if it doesn’t.
Just don’t make it your personality. 🍳☕️
