Sleep issues are such a common problem these days. I strongly advocate for leaving the phone off, out of reach and having a bedtime routine that does not involve technology or television. Read, meditate or listen to calming music 30 minutes to one hour before bed.

It’s hard to read, but the glorious people at Starbucks wrote “have a great day” on my cup today. I didn’t see it right away, but it made me smile when I read it. I so appreciate the simple, beautiful gestures of people. Do something today to make someone else smile! It will likely help your mood along with helping someone else.
