Last week, we celebrated an incredible milestone; FIVE YEARS of Culture Week! 🌟🎉 Throughout the week, our Team Members came together to celebrate our mission, vision, and core values that continue to shape who we are and what we do. 💙

From Favorite Book Day and When I Grow Up Day to our Commitment Day ceremony, Animal Day, and Western Day, each day brought new opportunities for creativity, connection, and plenty of fun! 📚✨🐾🤠 

As we look back on five years of Culture Week, we’re grateful for the people who continue to bring our values to life each day and help make our culture so special for not only our team members but for the families that we serve everyday.
