💜 You Are Not Alone 💜The Dementia Support Group at Meadowbrook Naperville provides a safe, welcoming environment for individuals living with dementia, as well as their families and caregivers.
Launching on June 17, this supportive group offers valuable education, helpful resources, practical coping strategies, and encouragement from others who understand the challenges of the dementia journey.
The Dementia Support Group is open to the public and meets every other month on the third Wednesday at Meadowbrook Naperville.
