We are here to help you connect to your highest Self, the one who only wants to Be, Love, and Evolve. Our community is truly a gift. By practicing together, we support and uplift one another. We know that a consistent yoga practice gradually opens our bodies, minds, and hearts, shedding the layers that obscure our essence. The real practice is to trust the journey and be fully AWAKE in each moment

, as we go about our daily lives. The more we practice, the more space we create for ourselves and all beings. In this spaciousness there is clarity, unconditional love, and unbounded possibilities The sky is not the limit. We believe that yoga can heal the world.

Join Jenny Bergold and Monika Diebes for a Double Sound Healing Meditation during the intense energy of the Hunter's Moon.

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the gong tuned to the planet Uranus healing the Sacral Chakra, and the powerful gong tuned to the planet Venus balancing social harmony, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan bowls will also be added to raise the vibration and heighten the experience.

This class includes full moon meditations, chanting mantras, breathwork and gentle movements, and is suitable for all levels.
