For the past 25 years, I’ve had the amazing privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples from MD, DC and VA. Many travelled to engage their stories with great courage and curiosity. I’m grateful for their trust and how they have exemplified for me a greater desire for life, goodness, and beauty. 🤍

For some time, I didn’t know what to make of Hagar’s story. It’s complicated, messy, nuanced. It still is. But I realize there’s something of her story that’s mine, that’s ours. And it’s worth telling.
