Children’s Health Partners is looking for a new, full-time receptionist to join our wonderful front office staff, including some evenings and occasional Saturday mornings. Job description:
CHP medical receptionist/customer service position requires empathy, discretion, patience, excellent communication skills, good judgment, flexibility, and attention to detail. After training, the ability to answer phones, schedule appointments, perform computer entry, and multitask between patient, physician, and nurses is required. Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to operate office equipment and learn a multi-line phone system. Physical demands include up and down movement, basic cleaning, and light lifting. CPR training is required for all staff members and is included as part of employment. Immunizations such as Hepatitis B, influenza, etc, are also required and offered at no cost to the employee.
