💙 Kindness has a ripple effect, and our Naperville team turned it into a whole chain.

Staff took turns lifting one another up, sharing what they appreciate, admire, and love about their coworkers. It was a simple idea, but a powerful reminder: people deserve to hear the good things we think about them.

A few genuine words of encouragement can build confidence, strengthen a team, and completely change someone’s day. At CARD, compassion is not only something we bring to the individuals and families we serve. It is something we give to one another, too.

👯‍♀️✨ Seeing double at CARD Naperville!

Twin Day was a total hit, and our team understood the assignment. From matching CARD gear to appetizer-inspired outfits that were basically a whole snack board, the creativity was chef’s kiss. 😂🥨🧀

Spirit Days are one of our favorite ways to bring a little extra fun, connection, and personality into the center. Because sometimes teamwork looks like matching shirts... and sometimes it looks like becoming the appetizer table. 💙💗

💙 We had such a great time at the All Abilities Vendor Fair this weekend!

Our CARD team loved spending the day connecting with families, meeting local organizations, and being part of a community that values inclusion, support, and belonging.

Events like this are such a meaningful reminder of why community connection matters. We’re grateful for every conversation, every new connection, and every opportunity to share resources and learn from the people around us.

🚨🥔 MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT CARD NAPERVILLE! 😂
Mr. Potato Head is hurt, but thankfully our staff came prepared with years of highly specialized training.....watching Grey’s Anatomy. 🩺📺
So basically, we’ve got this. 😎
Diagnosis: severe potato-related drama.
Treatment plan: reattach the missing parts, provide emotional support, and absolutely do NOT yell, “Push one of epi!” 😂
