Premier Inpatient Partners, LLC Premier Inpatient Partners continues to be a privately held, physician owned-operated independent group of Hospitalists in Collier County, FL.

Our philosophy and pledge are to provide the highest caliber of patient care. Dr. Jonathan Marsh, Dr. Omar Hussain and Dr. Zubin Pachori formed Premier Inpatient Partners (PIP) out of a passion to provide high quality care in a cost-effective and meaningful way. They wanted to practice hospitalist medicine the old-fashioned way without the interference of large, bureaucratic practice management co

mpanies. They believe that physicians should be treated with respect and are afforded the ability and flexibility to practice cutting edge medicine, impact patient care and the patient experience while supporting the partner facility and local physicians. When the Partners started PIP, they knew to become a highly regarded, well respected, and effective medical management and staffing company, they needed to attract, hire and retain the very best clinicians and provide a work environment which promotes a positive culture and feels more like a family than a “job.” This is their overarching goal and commitment.

This week, we’re celebrating and recognizing the incredible nurses who make a difference every single day — including shouting out our very own, Christy De Leon! From her years as a nurse to her leadership role in administration today, Christy continues to embody the compassion, dedication, and teamwork that define exceptional patient care.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the amazing nurses our hospitalists work alongside each day. Your hard work, clinical expertise, advocacy, and support do not go unnoticed. Our providers truly could not do what they do without you, and we are grateful for everything you do each and every day.
