🙏 I just want to say THANK YOU.

Over the past several weeks, our Parkinson’s videos and FREE guide have reached thousands of people looking for ways to keep moving, stay active, and maintain their independence.

That means more to me than you know.

But I also want to remind everyone of something important:

Parkinson’s does not look the same for everyone.

Freezing, balance, posture, strength, tremor, rigidity, walking and everyday movement can all be affected differently.

The exercises we share are meant to provide ideas and education. They are not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. What works incredibly well for one person may need to be modified or completely changed for another.

Keep moving. Keep challenging yourself. And don’t be afraid to ask for individualized help. 💙

⛳ Parkinson’s doesn’t mean you have to give up golf.

Maybe 18 holes isn’t realistic right now. Maybe your swing has changed. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still grab a wedge, roll some putts, and enjoy being on the course.

Chipping and putting are also great ways to work on an important movement skill for Parkinson’s: upper and lower body dissociation, helping your trunk, hips, and shoulders move more independently and efficiently.

Stay active. Staying involved. And continuing to do the things that make you feel like YOU. 🏌️‍♂️

Freezing. Shuffling. And then… diving into the chair. 🪑

For many people with Parkinson’s, simply approaching a chair can become a challenge. As they get closer, their steps may become smaller, freezing can occur, and sitting turns into more of a fall than a controlled movement.

That’s why we don’t just practice “getting stronger.” We train the actual movements that are difficult in everyday life using visual cues, bigger intentional steps, weight shifting, and repetition to improve confidence and control.

Living with Parkinson’s? Keep moving. Keep challenging your brain and body. 💪

💥 If you have Parkinson’s, find a physical therapist who is willing to WORK with you.

Someone who will challenge you. Move with you. Get on the floor with you. Demonstrate the exercises. Push you when you need it and adapt when you’re having a tough day. 💪🧠

You deserve someone who’s invested in your progress.

⚠️ Do your knees ever feel like they’re going to GIVE OUT?

Knee buckling can be a major problem for people with Parkinson’s, especially when walking, turning, or getting tired.

But simply “strengthening the knees” isn’t always enough.

In this video, we’re working on exercises to improve:
🧠 Movement control
🦵 Leg strength & stability
⚖️ Balance and weight shifting

The goal is to help your body respond better when you need it most.

I STAND TO END THE STIGMA. đź’š

I’m a father. A son. A husband. A business owner.

And sometimes, life is hard.

There’s a stigma among men that we’re supposed to carry everything quietly. Keep providing. Keep leading. Keep pushing forward no matter how heavy life gets.

But struggling doesn’t mean you have to struggle alone.

It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to say you’re overwhelmed. It’s okay to tell someone, “I need help.”

Talk to your family. Talk to a friend. Seek professional help when you need it. And for me, above all, find your faith in Jesus.

You were never meant to carry every burden by yourself.

Check on your people. Listen without judgment. And if you’re the one hurting, please speak up.

I stand to end the stigma. đź’š

Forward head posture isn’t just a “bad posture” problem. 👀

It’s commonly seen with Parkinson’s, but stiffness, weakness, prolonged sitting, and everyday habits can cause it in just about anyone.

These exercises are designed to help improve:
âś… Cervical mobility
âś… Upright posture
âś… Upper-body movement
