Sherley earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Florida International University and has experience supporting clients navigating addiction, emotional regulation, major life transitions, and substance use recovery.

Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relapse prevention techniques, Sherley helps clients develop practical coping skills and work toward lasting stability and growth. Above all, Sherley is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged throughout their therapeutic journey. 🫶

A day off doesn’t need a to-do list. You don’t have to clean the whole house, catch up on every errand, answer those emails, and somehow become a new person by Tuesday. Rest can look like sleeping in. Sitting outside. Watching something you’ve already seen five times. Doing absolutely nothing useful for a while. If you have time to slow down this Labor Day, you’re allowed to actually use it that way. Rest doesn’t need to be earned first.

Because support is a lot easier to keep showing up for when it actually works with your life. Finding what works for you might take some adjusting. That’s okay.
