👋 Meet Grace Wallace, PT, DPT! 👋
Grace’s journey into physical therapy began while working at a summer camp that provided therapy and education to children with cerebral palsy.
Grace started at HealthQuest as a Technician at Mt. Clemens in 2015. After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, she returned as a Physical Therapist and went on to become Co-Owner and Director of our Mt. Clemens location in January 2022!

Here at HealthQuest, we’re reminded every day that strength isn't just physical; it's found in showing up for one another.

A: Kneeling can make some jobs easier, but it can irritate your knee if you do too much. Here’s a guide to make it safer and more comfortable.
✅Pace yourself
Kneel 2–3 minutes, then stand/walk 1–2 minutes; repeat. Group kneeling tasks wisely
✅Make kneeling easier on the knee
Use a Knee pad, thick mat, or kneeling board. Change positions often. Move slowly—lower and rise with control.
✅Watch your pain signals
Mild discomfort that improves with a brief break is okay; pain that keeps rising or swelling means it's time to reassess.
