Finally!! I have told the parents of patients in my practice for years that the Catholic Church's position (and all Jewish schools and many Protestant schools) on refusing to honor the religious vaccine exemption in the State of Florida was illegal. Someone just needed to sue them to right the wrong. For anyone who doesn't believe institutional religion isn't political then here is your evidence. Catholic and Jewish leaders upheld illegal practices at the detriment of their congregants' children and endorsed the practice of using aborted fetuses for medical interventions.
