The Sand Barre is made up of a community of women of all ages, sizes, and abilities coming together and having FUN while we reach our goals. Whether you are seeking weight loss, reduced stress, or increased flexibility, we have a class for you! In addition to our classic barre classes, we provide HIIT Barre, Bootcamp Barre, Fire Barre, and Tap n' Pow{h}er and Bounce, our rebounding classes. If you
