Removal of "cast" today, and snipping of stitches! Now in a brace for the next month with strict instructions not to lift anything heavier than my phone or a fork 🤨 for A MONTH!! Unfortunately that means canceling the 10/18 paddleyoga at Sanibel. 😪 Watch this space for the next dates! PT can't even start til 11/12! I'll be contacting those who need refunds.

Well, today is surgery day! Apparently I did a bang-up job of breaking my left wrist! So, when I'm cleared to press, join me in recovery and retrain! Resistance training, a dash of cardio, eating to live instead of living to eat! 🩷🧡💛
