I’ve been thinking about what it means to be a hollow bone, a bamboo stick, a clay vessel — empty of ego, open to Spirit, and available to serve. When I showed up to volunteer at Meals of Hope, I wasn’t a teacher, a title, or a story. I was simply present, and something beautiful moved through me.
This is the same gentle, freeing space I invite you into on the beach. Great news: Collier County has given Lo’s Yoga the green light to officially resume our Vanderbilt Beach sessions — all complaints dismissed. Thank you to Commissioner Chris Hall and everyone who reached out. Your voices mattered.
Will you join us? Whether you’re new to the mat or a longtime practitioner, our beach classes welcome all skill levels. Let the wind, the waves, and the wide sky guide your practice. Please be mindful to set up away from the Beechmore Condos entrance so we can keep good relations with our neighbors.
Also — meet Cyndee, an intuitive card reader and Reiki practitioner accepting appointments (30 min $50 / 60 min $100). Call or email her to book.
See you on the sand, friends. Bring an open heart and a steady breath. Namaste. 🙏🌊🧘♀️
