We're proud to recognize Lindsey Rothman, HR and Payroll at Northcrest Rehab & Nursing Center! Over the past year and a half, Lindsey has enjoyed supporting employees, solving challenges, and building strong relationships with staff and residents.

Lindsey appreciates the caring, team-oriented culture at Northcrest and is motivated each day by her coworkers, residents, and the positive atmosphere throughout the building. One of her favorite memories was being promoted from Scheduling Coordinator to HR, along with helping a resident feel special through a simple act of kindness.

⚾🐔 Mud Hens Victory! 🐔⚾

What a fantastic day in Toledo! Our residents had a wonderful time cheering on the Toledo Mud Hens and celebrating a big win at the ballpark. From enjoying classic stadium hot dogs and browsing for souvenirs to meeting the Mud Hens mascots, there was excitement around every corner.

The fun didn’t stop at the stadium! We also enjoyed taking in the sights of downtown Toledo, including some amazing local artwork and murals. It was a day filled with laughter, great memories, and plenty of team spirit. Congratulations to the Mud Hens on the win! 🎉⚾❤️
