This week, we proudly celebrate the incredible Direct Support Professionals of LifeGuide Friends LTD!

Our DSPs are so much more than employees. They are encouragers, advocates, supporters, problem-solvers, cheerleaders, and trusted faces in the lives of the individuals we serve. Every single day, they show up with patience, compassion, kindness, and dedication—and the impact they make reaches far beyond a shift.

Behind every accomplishment, new experience, smile, and moment of independence, there is often a DSP helping make it possible. 💙

Today is an extra special milestone for LifeGuide Friends LTD as we celebrate Dylan Tice and 3 incredible years with our team! 💙

Dylan holds a very special place in our story — he was our very first employee! From the beginning, Dylan took a chance on our vision and has been part of the journey as LifeGuide Friends has grown into what it is today.

Over the past three years, Dylan has shown dedication, compassion, and a genuine commitment to the individuals we support. The memories made, the laughs shared, and most importantly, the difference he continues to make do not go unnoticed.

What a night of celebrating accomplishments, awards, hard work, and some truly incredible individuals! ❤️

Our LifeGuide Friends LTD family had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Special Olympics Banquet, and we couldn’t be prouder. Seeing so many athletes recognized for their dedication, sportsmanship, teamwork, and achievements was such a special reminder that these awards represent so much more than a season of competition—they represent confidence, friendships, perseverance, growth, and inclusion.

To every athlete who received an award—and every athlete who showed up, gave their best, supported their teammates, and kept pushing forward—CONGRATULATIONS! 🎉🏅

From a little shopping and finding the perfect basketball 🏀 to getting behind the wheel at the arcade 🏎️🎮 and enjoying some time outside, Brandon packed plenty of fun into his day!

💦🎯 SPLASHES, SMILES & SO MUCH FUN!🎯💦

The Dunk Tank was definitely a crowd favorite at our 2nd Annual HEAR OUR VOICE event! 😂🙌

From the big splashes to the cheering from the crowd, this was one of those moments that brought everyone together for some good old-fashioned FUN! 💙

A HUGE thank you to all of our brave dunkers who climbed into that seat and let everyone take their best shot! 😂👏 You were great sports, and you helped make this part of the event such a memorable experience.

Most importantly, we love seeing our clients, families, friends, and community laughing, participating, connecting, and simply enjoying the moment together. THAT is what Hear Our Voice is all about. ❤️

Our 2nd Annual Hear Our Voice Music Festival was more than an event—it was a day filled with music, laughter, friendship, inclusion, and memories we will hold onto for a very long time.

Most importantly, seeing the smiles on the faces of our individuals and watching them dance, laugh, socialize, and simply enjoy being part of their community reminded us exactly why Hear Our Voice means so much to us.

To our incredible sponsors —THANK YOU. Your generosity and belief in our mission helped make this day possible.

To our amazing vendors, artisans, community organizations, volunteers, and everyone who helped behind the scenes —thank you for bringing your time, talents, and hearts to this event.

To every musician and performer who took the stage —thank you for giving us an incredible day of music and creating an atmosphere where everyone could let loose, dance, sing, and have FUN! 🎸🎤🎶

And finally, to OUR COMMUNITY —we cannot thank you enough.
