I have reflexology appointments available for October and November! šŸ‚

After studying and researching reflexology this year, I developed my own approach that combines Western and Thai reflexology techniques.

Western reflexology works with specific reflex points on the feet, while Thai reflexology incorporates massage, pressure, stretching, and movement. I bring these techniques together to create a session that is both relaxing and therapeutic, while tailoring each session to what your body needs.

If you’ve been thinking about trying reflexology, or you’re simply ready for some time to relax and take care of yourself, I’d love to work with you. ā¤ļø

šŸ‚šŸŒæ NEW FALL HERBAL BLEND! šŸŒæšŸ‚

We’re so excited to introduce our flagship fall blend at Laurel Hill Wellness!

Meet Garden Hearth — a beautiful botanical blend of lemon balm, hibiscus, orange peel, spearmint, rosemary, and ginger. It’s bright, citrusy, slightly tart, aromatic, and delicious.

And here’s the best part: you don’t need alcohol to enjoy it!

ā˜•ļø Enjoy it as a hot herbal tea for a cozy fall evening.

🧊 Brew it and serve it over ice for a refreshing cold tea.

šŸ¹ Turn it into a mocktail with sparkling water, fresh lemon, and a touch of honey.

🄃 Or, if you want to make it a cocktail, add a splash of your favorite spirit. Try bourbon for a warm, smoky flavor, tequila for something light and fresh, or a little dry white w**e for a crisp, refreshing twist.

The gorgeous ruby color comes naturally from the hibiscus, while the citrus, herbs, and ginger create a flavor that is both refreshing and wonderfully cozy. šŸŠšŸŒæ

And this is just the beginning! We have more herbal mocktail blends in the works, but Garden Hearth is our flagship fall introduction.

🌿 Garden Hearth Herbal Tea & Mocktail Blend
2 oz package — $15

Available through Laurel Hill Wellness and at the Herbal Porch Farmstand.

Whether you sip it steaming from your favorite mug, pour it over ice, or turn it into a beautiful mocktail, Garden Hearth was made to be enjoyed your way. šŸ‚āœØ

Available next Wednesday for pick up. We will ship for $7

🩸 Want to know what your bloodwork is really telling you?

We have several openings for Functional Bloodwork Analysis in September!

Even though we are not taking in-person appointments this month, we are opening up some spots for bloodwork analysis. This is a great time to have your labs reviewed so we can look beyond simply whether your numbers fall inside the ā€œnormalā€ range.

Functional bloodwork analysis looks at your results as a whole, looking for patterns and areas where your body may be asking for additional support.

If you already have recent bloodwork, we can review what you have and help you better understand what your numbers may be telling you, what areas may need attention, and what steps you can take moving forward.

Your follow-up visit will be scheduled for October, giving you time to put your recommendations into practice and allowing us to see how things are progressing.

šŸ“… September bloodwork analysis spots are limited.

If you've been putting off getting your bloodwork looked at more closely, this is a great time to get on the schedule.

Message me or reach out to Laurel Hill Wellness to reserve your September spot. 🌿

🚨 Pennsylvania, we need to pay attention to this.

Governor Shapiro’s administration is proposing new health regulations that would expand what has to be reported to the state.

This is being done through the regulatory process. We are not voting on this.

That should concern everyone.

How much control should the government have over our medical information and our families’ healthcare decisions? I think we need to be asking that question BEFORE more power is handed over.

I honestly feel like Shapiro is becoming more and more authoritarian, and I don’t think we should ignore it.

And remember, Shapiro is up for reelection this November. The election is November 3, 2026.

But we don’t have to wait until November to do something.

There is a public comment period open right now. If you have concerns, take a few minutes and submit a comment.

Here is the official PA IRRC page where you can read about it and leave your comment:

Here is a more conservative/Christian view of what is happening with these proposals that will expand governmental control

We have until September 21 to make our voices heard.
As always, please do your own research if you need more information.

Conservatives and questions are so passive and and we tend to just roll over and take it. It’s got to stop. If you know people, or you are a person who has not voted, make sure you’re registered, help your friends get registered and get out and vote. We need a republican in office to protect our freedom.

Pennsylvania families are raising concerns in Pennsylvania about sweeping new regulations proposed by Governor Josh Shapiro’s administration that would expand the powers of the PA Department of Health. The proposed rules would allow state government officials the ability to enter homes and...

This!

Why do you think so much of the medical world is free?

ā€œFree flu shots!ā€

ā€œFree medical assistance!ā€

Their motive behind this isn’t a compassionate, philanthropic campaign.

They’re still profit-driven.

1. The financial and operational burden shifts to society in higher taxes and insurance premiums. We pay for these ā€œfree things.ā€

2. These are tools to get more people into the profit-based system that is hard to get out of once you’re in it, because every shot, pill, or procedure has the potential to cause more needs for shots, pills, and procedures.

That allergy med turns into an emergency room visit for corticosteroids which turns into sleep issues and mental disturbances which lead to SSRI’s…

That flu shot turns into the flu, headaches, or Guillain-BarrĆ© Syndrome which leads to lifelong profit-driven medical treatment…

Nothing is free. It all comes with a cost.

This is REAL.

New York has fined three Amish schools a combined $118,000 for allowing unvaccinated children to attend, and a federal appeals court has sided with New York again. The case is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

And before we say, ā€œThat could never happen here,ā€ we need to be paying attention to what is happening in Pennsylvania.

Governor Shapiro has already taken steps to tie Pennsylvania’s vaccine policies and school requirements more closely to medical organizations’ recommendations, and there is now legislation being proposed that would add new requirements for parents seeking vaccine exemptions.

Our current PA law still allows religious and philosophical exemptions. But the direction things are moving deserves our attention.

What happens in New York could be a warning for Pennsylvania.

🚨 Pennsylvania parents, I think we need to pay attention to this.

There is a proposed regulation from the Shapiro administration that would give the Pennsylvania Department of Health some pretty broad new powers.

This is not just some Facebook rumor. The actual proposed regulations include the ability for health officials to enter schools and other locations during disease investigations, privately speak with students, and access confidential medical records. It would also expand the Department of Health’s authority to take disease-control measures.

Now, here’s why this really bothers me.

A few years ago, after everything that happened during COVID, Pennsylvania voters went to the polls and voted to put limits on the governor’s emergency powers. We had seen what happens when government power gets too broad, and the voters said enough.

These new regulations are not literally undoing those constitutional amendments. But they could give the Department of Health powers that raise many of the same concerns we were trying to put limits on.

And the part about health officials being able to privately meet with students in school without school officials being allowed to interfere should get every parent’s attention.

This isn’t about whether you like Shapiro or don’t like Shapiro. It’s about how much authority we are willing to hand over to government and what happens when that authority isn’t kept in check.

And if you caved during COVID and you’re still mad at yourself about it, now is your chance to stand up.

Pay attention. Be alert. Watch very carefully what is happening in Pennsylvania.

The governor is up for reelection in November, so he’s going to be pulling out all the stops, and he doesn’t have a very long time to do it.

Don’t sit this one out. Know what’s being proposed and make your voice heard.

According to a report by The Daily Wire, the Pennsylvania Department of Health recently submitted proposed regulations that would allow government officials to institute school or community mask mandates, enter private residences without warrants and seek private health information without consent. The agency would also have the authority to enter any school building to interview a student of any age in private, without notification to the parent or guardian, for contact tracing and partner services.

I join House Republican Leader PA State Rep. Jesse Topper in calling on the Shapiro administration to withdraw these COVID-era restrictions as it’s a clear attempt at government overreach. Pennsylvanians were skeptical of the COVID-era mandates as it violated constitutional protections and personal liberty. We can, and must, manage public health in a better way.
