🍾🥂Wow, 5️⃣ years?!!! How has it already been 5 years since I opened the doors to this little space of zen 🪷 and healing?! I’m so thankful to have made it this far 💜
Last year was a year of 🤰🏼abundance with SO many healthy Breathe Life babies born! 2025 also came with recognition as one of Nashua’s Top 10 Chiropractic offices 🏆, what an honor! ☺️

I’ve been pretty quiet on social media lately, as the past year has been an extremely full one for me, with a move 🏡, marriage👩🏼‍❤️‍👨🏼, a little melanoma hiccup🥴, starting the program to reinstate my RN license👩🏼‍⚕️, and a grandbaby 👶🏽 due any day now! Rest assured, I am still here, still accepting new patients, just with a little bit less time in the office 🕰️

Now, for the exciting news!! 🥳 We have a wonderful new addition to the office space! 🎉 Jessica Smith, CMT, owner of Goddess Bodywork & Massage, will be here Fridays and Saturdays, starting this week!! Jessica is a certified Massage Therapist, who graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in 2023. Before transitioning to Massage Therapist, Jess graduated from Lasell University in 2014 with her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, then pursued her Master's degree in Education while also working as an assistant athletic trainer and an assistant cross country coach at Cedar Crest College. Jess uses all of these experiences and more to help promote healing and bring wellness to the body and educate people on how to live their best life.
