I am celebrating PelviCure Physical Therapy’s ONE year anniversary today. It was exactly one year ago, when PelviCure Physical Therapy opened the doors to the clients to help them with their pelvic floor symptoms.
For those of you, who don’t know me, my name is Falguni Vashi. I am the owner and founder of PelviCure Phyiscal Therapy. My passion is to help adults with bowel, bladder and sexual health dysfunction so that they can have a better quality of life.

Chronic pain is now being labeled as persistent pain.
Acute pain is related to acute injury vs persistent pain is pain that continues on, after the acute episode as passed and is characterised by pain lasting for more than 3 months.
The mechanism underlying acute vs persistent pain is different. Yes, pain is pain.
