so, Corrie from next door at Color Trends came in yesterday and handed me this flyer thingy and said yeah so you've been nominated and you should ask people to vote for you

First and foremost, I am super honored for whoever nominated me, thank you, that is an amazing and kind compliment!!!!!!!

Second, what the heck. Apparently I'm late to the party, voting ends the 24th, however, you can vote every day.

i'm proud to say I was the first cherry picker of the season this morning 🤩😁

Brookdale Fruit Farm has an absolutely beautiful crop of cherries, go get them while you can! Cherry season lasts about 10 days to two weeks max, don't miss it. 

I pit them and freeze them, and then have cherry crisp in the middle of winter

Blueberries are looking absolutely fantastic and should be ready in a few weeks!!

strawberries are still in season too 🍓 but you are warned, once you have fresh picked local strawberries, cherries, or blueberries anything from the grocery store tastes like cardboard 🤣

By popular demand, we are hosting another wine tasting!

Scout and Cellar is a unique company that takes extra care in ensuring that their wines are "clean crafted." What does this mean? No added sugar, no added sulfites, and any wine with their "clean crafted" label has no synthetic pesticides, as measured by third-party test testing.

Why is this important? Because the vast majority of wines undergo no such testing and have ingredient / macros label on the side, indicating how much sugar or sulfites is present in their product. And you would be surprised how much sugar (and glyphosate) can hide in certain wines.........

For those of us who prefer to eat fairly clean, but enjoy wine, this gives us a viable source of what we love, while staying consistent with how we choose to live.

fyi, if you are not a dog person, my office is not for you 😉 Nashua/Hollis has many great chiropractors so if you don't want to be greeted at the door by a grinning labrador, choose one of my local friends' offices instead!

ooooooooops

no Starbucks for my IT department today!!

My embarrassed apologies to anyone who has called me in the past month for an appointment for their pup. For some reason voicemails that were left for Path of Life are not showing up on my phone, they are only accessible if I literally dial in for voicemail! Which I just learned today happens if you hold down the number one....

I will be returning phone calls to several of you this afternoon.

Thank you for understanding, I was unaware of this problem - IT has now fixed it

(fyi I am also the IT department around here.... 🤓)
