Bell Tower Home Health Care, LLC is a state-licensed provider of skilled home health care. We are committed to providing our neighbors in southern New Hampshire with that extra level of skilled care people so often need to receive in the less-costly convenience of their own homes. By sending nurses and therapists on a schedule and as-needed, repeatedly, over

a course of weeks or months, our style of care promotes better outcomes. We provide the time and attention so many patients need when health concerns are serious and ongoing. Bi-Lingual Care: Many patients at home are more fluent in Spanish. Out of an abiding concern for the health and safety of all our neighbors, Bell Tower stays prepared to provide care in both English and Spanish. The Nurse You Know: There are a few other agencies that will send nurses to your home. A main difference with Bell Tower is that we send the same nurse for every visit. We know that no one benefits when the agency sends multiple nurses for the care of one patient. Continuity of care as well as patient-clinician rapport is improved when home nursing services are delivered the Bell Tower way: one nurse to one patient. Fast Response to Referrals: Bell Tower Home Health Care maintains an excellent nurse to patient ratio and we are managed in-office by qualified nurses. This means when doctors have a referral, when patients care coming home from the hospital, when patients call with a sudden health concern, we usually have a nurse on-hand ready to run out immediately provide the nursing care our patients need.
