Okay I need to
talk about this song. 👇😂

Bones by Colton Dixon. ✝️

When I first heard
it I thought —

There is absolutely no
way this is a
Christian song. 😂

The sound.
The vibe.
The energy of it. 😂

And then the lyrics
hit and I realized —

Only God could take
a song that sounds
like this and use
it to declare something
this powerful. 😭✝️🔥

This is exactly what
JoyFuel is about. 👇

Showing the world that
Christian music doesn’t sound
like one thing. 💃🏽✝️

It sounds like worship.
It sounds like war.
It sounds like Bones
by Colton Dixon at
full volume in a
Christian dance fitness class. 😂🔥🙌🏽

And it is SO
much fun. 💃🏽✝️😂

One of the first
songs of its kind
and we are moving
to it inside JoyFuel
right now. 🔥🙌🏽

Me to God. 👇

“What if nobody wants
Christian dance fitness?” 😩✝️

God to me.

“What if they have
been searching for it?” 🙌🏽

I sat with that
for a long time. 😔

Because I had been
so focused on my
fear of what people
might NOT want —

That I never stopped
to think about the
person who had been
googling faith based fitness
for months and finding
nothing that felt like
home. 😔✝️

The one who loved
Jesus AND loved to
move but couldn’t find
a single space that
honored both.

The one who quit
every secular program because
something always felt missing. 💃🏽

God already knew about
her.
About him.
About all of them. ✝️

While I was busy
presenting my fears —

He was already sending
the very people I
didn’t think existed. 🌍🙌🏽🔥

Turns out they weren’t
hard to find.

They had been searching
the whole time. 💃🏽✝️

If you’re reading this
right now —

Maybe you’re one of
them. 🤍

The moment I finished
choreographing this one I
sat back and thought —

Yeah. God knew what
He was doing when
He told me to
build JoyFuel. 😭✝️🙌🏽

Because this workout feels
like exactly what it
sounds like. 💃🏽🔥

Bulletproof. 😤✝️

And there is ANOTHER
one dropping right behind
it so stay close

Nobody told me Christian
rock was going to
be THIS fun to
work out to. 😮🎸💃🏽

I was not prepared. 😂🔥

The guitar.
The drums.
The lyrics hitting your
chest like a declaration. ✝️

And your whole body
just moves differently to
it than anything else. 😂💃🏽

Not gentle worship sway.

Full body rocking out
for Jesus energy. 🔥🙌🏽

The kind where you
forget you’re even working
out because you’re too
busy declaring war on
the enemy through a
guitar riff. 😤😂✝️

This is exactly why
JoyFuel moves to every
Christian genre. 👇

Hip hop. 🔥
Worship. 🙌🏽
Gospel. 🎵
Latin. 💃🏽
Contemporary. ✝️
Christian country. 🤠
And now Christian rock. 🎸🔥

Because the body of
Christ doesn’t sound like
one thing. ✝️

And neither do we. 💃🏽🙌🏽

Something exciting just happened
at JoyFuel and I
cannot keep it to
myself. 👇😭✝️

When God told me
to start online Christian
dance fitness I told
Him nobody would want it.

Wrong girl.
Wrong idea.
Trust me God. 😩😂

He was not moved. 😂🙌🏽

And people showed up. 🌍💃🏽

From all over the
world. 😭✝️

All because I finally
stopped arguing and said
yes. 🙌🏽🔥

And today it gets
even bigger. 👇✝️

JoyFuel instructor opportunities
are officially here. 💃🏽🔥🙌🏽

This is for the
person who has been
watching JoyFuel and feeling
that pull. 👇✝️

The one who wants
to bring Christian dance
fitness to their church.
Their community.
Their city.
Their corner of the
world. 🌍💃🏽✝️

What God built from
one scared woman’s prayer
is now looking for
the next person willing
to say yes. 😭🙌🏽
