We are excited to see our own Chris O’Rear serving as guest speaker this Sunday at Belle Meade United Methodist Church.

This Sunday, he will be sharing a message from Acts 2:42-47 titled, “This Can’t Be True, Can It?”

If you’re in the Nashville area, we encourage you to join Belle Meade UMC for worship at 8:30 AM or 10:30 AM as Chris explores the remarkable picture of community found in the early church and what it means for us today.

We’re grateful for the ways Chris continues to serve both our clients and the broader community.

Mental health care shouldn’t feel out of reach.
Yet 1 in 4 adults living with mental illness report an unmet need for treatment.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminding you: asking for help is not weakness, it’s courage. Whether it’s therapy, community, rest, medication, support groups, or simply starting the conversation, healing matters. 💚

You do not have to carry it alone.

Behind the stats are real stories, kids navigating pressure, identity, relationships, and emotions that can feel overwhelming without the right support.

This is a reminder to slow down, listen closely, and create spaces where adolescents feel safe to be known, not just managed.

Support early. Show up often. It matters more than you think. 🤍

Real people are walking through real struggles, often quietly.

Young adults, especially, are carrying a heavy load right now. And for many, access to support makes all the difference.

This is your reminder to check in, speak up, and make space for honest conversations. Support saves lives and it starts with showing up. 🤍

That “1 in 5” isn’t just a statistic, it’s someone you know. A friend. A parent. A coworker. Maybe even you.

Mental health struggles are more common than we think, which means compassion, conversation, and care matter more than ever.

Let this be the month we speak up, check in, and remind each other: you’re not alone in this. 🤍
