Short naps don’t always mean something is wrong.

If your baby is under 5 months… this can be completely normal.

But if it’s happening every nap, there are a few things to look at:
• Sleep environment (dark, consistent, no distractions)
• Wake windows (too much or too little awake time)
• How your baby is falling asleep

It’s usually not just one thing- it’s a combination.

The goal isn’t perfect naps… it’s setting your baby up so they can start connecting sleep cycles.

You don’t realize how much sleep deprivation is affecting you… until you’re finally out of survival mode.

Because when your baby starts sleeping better, suddenly:
☕ your coffee stays hot
🧺 you can finish a task uninterrupted
📺 you can sit down at night without counting down until the next wake-up
✨ and you start feeling like YOU again

It’s not just about sleep.

It’s about:

-having energy again
-feeling less overstimulated
-enjoying motherhood more
-getting your relationship, routine, and mental space back

And no, wanting better sleep for your family does NOT make you selfish.

A well-rested mom matters too. 🤍

Comment “SLEEP” if you’re ready for better nights without harsh methods.

Many exhausted parents think they need some complicated schedule or harsh sleep training method to improve sleep.

Usually? It starts with a few small changes done consistently.

Better sleep often comes from:
→ less overtiredness
→ more predictable rhythms
→ fuller feeds
→ reducing sleep associations gradually
→ giving your baby space to settle sometimes

And no… that does NOT mean leaving your baby to cry alone for hours.

You can improve sleep in a supportive, responsive way.

Are you trying these tonight?

Hoping your baby’s sleep will magically improve?
That can go on for months… even years.

And meanwhile you’re:
– exhausted
– second guessing everything
– barely making it through your day

So you made a different choice.

You chose a responsive approach.
You stayed present.
You supported your baby… while still teaching them how to sleep.

And now?

11–12 hour nights.
Predictable evenings.
A baby who knows how to fall asleep without needing everything from you.

That’s not coincidence. That’s strategy.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

Comment SLEEP and we’ll chat about whether my sleep course or 1 on 1 sleep program is right for you 🤍

Sleep regressions can feel like they come out of nowhere.
One week your baby is sleeping fine… and the next? Suddenly they’re waking all night, fighting naps, and needing way more support.

Here’s what I want you to know:

Most regressions happen because your baby is learning something new, becoming more aware of the world, or going through a developmental leap. Their sleep can temporarily get messy while their brain catches up.

Some regressions pass quickly… and some turn into long-term sleep struggles because new habits sneak in during survival mode.

If a regression threw off your baby sleep and you need help getting back on track, comment “ REGRESSION” and we’ll chat about your situation and the next steps.
