One of the hardest parts of healing is slowing down long enough to actually look at your pain. Not to judge it or push through it, but to understand it.

✨My third trimester workout journey. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 10 years, so my body was well adapted to these movements. I modified as needed and listened to my body every step of the way. As a Physical Therapist, I know how important staying active is—physically and mentally. Labor was long, but I tolerated it well and every step led me to baby girl Ella 🤍 All workouts were completed with clearance from my healthcare providers.
