Dr. Laskay is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery. His expertise includes adult and pediatric scoliosis, spinal deformity, complex revision spine surgery, and spinal reconstruction, with a focus on individualized, evidence-based care.

After earning his medical degree and completing his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Laskay completed fellowship training in comprehensive spinal deformity surgery at Columbia University and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He has also authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Silva specializes in the treatment of cranial and spinal conditions and is among a select group of neurosurgeons dual-trained in both endovascular and open cerebrovascular surgery, allowing him to offer highly specialized, individualized care for patients with complex neurovascular conditions.

A graduate of Harvard Medical School with fellowship training at Barrow Neurological Institute, Dr. Silva brings exceptional expertise and a passion for advancing neurosurgical care to our team.

Last week, we had the joy of celebrating Brook as a BEE Award recipient for her incredible compassion and leadership. 💛

She took action by organizing a grocery support initiative, securing funding, and spending countless hours making sure her coworkers had access to food during a challenging time.

We recently celebrated Cynthia and her incredible career as she approaches retirement this December after 38 years with Howell Allen. Her kindness, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to her patients and team have touched countless lives. Whether going the extra mile for a patient or offering a listening ear to a colleague, Cynthia’s heart and compassion have been a guiding light in our office.
