Our main goal with the ultrasounds is to help out in emergencies, fill in gaps in licensed medical care, and help those who may unsure about continuing their pregnancy. We are not a replacement for licensed obstetric medical care. We cannot provide gender, diagnose abnormalities, or things like that. Upon completion of a conclusive ultrasound, you will be discharged to the care of a licensed OB. If you are needing prenatal care, we would be more than happy to refer out or help you find care. We provide abortion pill reversal services, and have seen success here at LRBA PRC with the process.
Did you know that it’s completely possible to reverse a chemical abortion if you’ve taken the first dose? If you regret taking the the Abortion Pill, We can help you with that. Our Medical Director can immediately begin the reversal process with you. You DO NOT have to complete the pill dosages.

“The abortion pill—also referred to as medical abortion, chemical abortion, or self-managed abortion—is usually used to reference the two-pill process that includes medications taken to terminate the pregnancy of a developing baby within the first 10 weeks. It is NOT the morning-after pill.
The first pill is prescribed within the first seven to ten weeks of pregnancy and given at the office visit to block the effects of progesterone. Progesterone is an essential hormone which women naturally produce that provides vital nutrients needed for the developing baby to thrive. Without progesterone, pregnancies will fail. The second drug is taken at home 6-48 hours later and causes cramping and bleeding in order to empty the uterus and expel the baby.
Over half of American abortions occur via the abortion pill. As these numbers continue to rise, we believe no woman should feel forced to finish a chemical abortion she regrets starting”

All of our services are free, confidential, and HIPAA compliant.
Some other services we offer include Christian Counseling & Adoption Planning. Our counselor is in house on Thursdays seeing clients, and we can make referrals to have clients see her other counselors or utilize teletherapy sessions. We also partner with Connected Foster Care & Adoptions, a ministry of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. If any clients are interested in making an adoption plan, or just have some questions they'd like answered, we can connect them with Connected to meet that need. We do not assist in the foster or adoption process, but we can connect those interested in their ministry with them and we can give more information about their ministry.

Our most commonly used service is our “Earn As You Learn” program/ We utilize an online curriculum called, “Brightcourse” for classes and education for clients. There are hundreds of classes on a variety of topics such as: pregnancy, labor and delivery, parenting, the first year, toddler years, coparenting, life skills, love, special circumstances (abuse healing, post abortion healing, pregnancy/infant loss, etc. These are NOT meant to be a substitute for counseling or therapy if that is needed.), positive partnerships, fatherhood lessons, and bible studies. Clients can pick and choose what classes they want to take based on interest and/or need. They are roughly 20-30 minutes each and include a video with questions. These can be assigned online, to be completed at their leisure. They can also come to the center to complete the classes if they’d like or need to. They can access these from a phone or computer anywhere. They can also choose to meet with their mentor and complete the classes together. Most classes are also offered in SPANISH! Once the lessons are completed, clients will earn points that they can spend in our Baby Boutique whenever they want. Our boutique has a wide variety of items that clients can purchase with their points, or “Baby Bucks.” These are new or gently used items that are donated to us. We have diapers, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, blankets, swaddles, clothes, toys, strollers, car seats, pack n plays, and a ton of other items. Clients can also earn points by keeping doctors appointments, going to church services, meeting with their mentors, and attending any in-person specialty classes we host here at the center.
