Treatment at Integrative Life Center is designed to help heal individuals struggling with mental health, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, s*x, love and intimacy disorders, and and other life situations that have gotten in the way of living a satisfying and meaningful life. We believe that each person's journey to recovery is a deeply personal process and we support this journey with an integra

tive approach, combining traditional therapeutic care with complimentary experiential, evidence-based therapies. Our goal is to help you find a recovery path that works best for you and to create a treatment plan based on your specific needs. Guided by this intention, we offer a variety of therapeutic services that support recovery and healing, ranging from Residential to Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment with supportive living and a full suite of telehealth programming. Last week, we had the honor of welcoming an incredible group of professionals for an inside look at Integrative Life Center here in Nashville, Tennessee.

From sharing a meal and learning from our team to engaging in some of the same somatic modalities our clients experience, it was a meaningful time of connection, learning, and reflection.

Our first Professionals’ Experience of 2026 set the tone for what’s to come—and we can’t wait to do it again in May!

Room to recover. 🌿

Our men’s residential campus in West Nashville sits on 25 peaceful acres designed to give clients the space they need to slow down, reset, and focus fully on healing. The campus features two six-bed homes, creating an intimate, supportive environment where each person receives individualized care and attention.

This setting houses both our men’s addiction and mental health treatment programs, as well as our Intimacy Disorders Program. Throughout the treatment journey, clients engage with the land and spaces around them, including our art studio, workout studio, labyrinth, yurt, low ropes course, and walking trails. Each space supports different aspects of healing, from reflection and movement to creativity and connection.

At Integrative Life Center, we use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as part of our trauma-informed, integrative approach to care. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain safely reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming in the present.

By addressing trauma at its root, EMDR can support healing from anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health challenges — helping clients move beyond coping and toward lasting resolution. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

We’re so excited to share that Integrative Life Center is expanding our Women’s Residential services with the launch of our new Residential Eating Disorders Program in Nashville, Tennessee!

Our Women’s Residential program is growing to include a Residential Eating Disorders Program, created to offer specialized, compassionate support for women navigating disordered eating. This program was developed with deep intention—honoring the complexity of each client's relationship with food, body, and self, and meeting clients with care, dignity, and individualized support.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more videos that offer an inside look at the heart behind the program, the space, and the clinical approach guiding this work.

Exciting news! 🎉 Integrative Life Center has expanded our Intensive Outpatient Program to include evening hours—making care more accessible than ever.

🕠 5:30–8:30 PM
📅 Monday–Thursday evenings

These evening IOP hours are designed to support individuals who are balancing work, school, or family commitments and need flexible, high-quality care. Clients can receive the same comprehensive, compassionate treatment—without having to pause their daily responsibilities.
