At Hallmark Homecare NES Nashville, we believe that strong communities begin with supporting our local youth.

We were honored to sponsor the Walter J. Baird Middle School Devilettes soccer team for their outstanding season in Wilson County.

​Under the leadership of Coach Jerett Cushing, the Devilettes demonstrated incredible teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. Highlights of their impressive season include:
​• 3rd Place finish in league play
• Advancing to the 2nd Round of the District Tournament
• Securing victory in the "Battle of the Blues" and retaining the trophy against their cross-town rivals

​Investing in local student-athletes and youth sports is just one of the ways Hallmark Homecare remains committed to building strong connections within our local community. Congratulations to Coach Cushing and the Devilettes on a fantastic season!

​As our industry continues to grow and evolve, taking the time to reflect, learn, and collaborate with other local senior care advocates throughout our state is essential. LeadingAge Tennessee delivered an event with actionable insights and meaningful connections.
We are excited to bring everything we learned back to our team and community.

April has been a busy and meaningful month for Hallmark Homecare NES Nashville.

In the second half of the month, our team had the opportunity to show up for our community in ways that go beyond care.

LaQuita Scaife “Q” proudly represented Hallmark Homecare NES Nashville at the Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc., Middle TN, supporting awareness and standing alongside families impacted by memory loss. She even baked a cake for the raffle, and we were also honored to help sponsor the band - adding to the energy and spirit of the day.

At the same time, Emily McFadden partnered with Brad Sparks at Oasis Senior Advisors Nashville, TN to host a no-sew fleece blanket event at White House Health Care and Rehabilitation. Together, blankets were made to be donated to the Miracle Workers Foundation, an organization that supports individuals on their cancer journey as well as their families.

Moments like these remind us that care is not just what we do. It is how we show up in the community and for the people who need it most.

Care decisions should not be made in silos.

When care is fragmented, gaps form. Those gaps lead to stress, decline, and readmissions.

The best outcomes happen when care is connected across the continuum, including hospital, rehab, home, and senior living communities.

Ask the right questions:

🩺 Is support in place before and after discharge?
🩺 Are care needs increasing beyond the current plan?
🩺 Is the family showing signs of burnout?
🩺 Is caregiver consistency important for outcomes?
🩺 Is additional support needed at home or in a senior living community?

✨ A Night Under the Stars ✨

We had the absolute joy of celebrating with the residents at Vitality Living Franklin during their Senior Prom and it was nothing short of magical 💙

From music and dancing to delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and mocktails, and even the crowning of a Prom King and Queen, every detail made the night feel special. The best part was seeing smiles, laughter, and moments of pure connection.

LaQuita Scaife, better known as “Q”, from Hallmark Homecare NES Nashville stepped onto the dance floor right alongside residents, reminding us that care is more than support. It is showing up, engaging, and creating joy together. 💃
