We spend a lot of time talking about WHAT habits we should change - and not enough time talking about what actually makes us want to keep doing them.
Two things I come back to again and again:
→ What is the intrinsic benefit? How does this behavior make your life feel better NOW — not just six months from now?
→ How can we make it more enjoyable?
Sometimes “eating more vegetables” needs to look like broccoli with butter and salt or carrots dipped in ranch. Sometimes “exercising more” needs to mean finding movement you genuinely look forward to instead of forcing yourself through the workout you think you should be doing.
The goal isn’t to create the most perfect habit on paper. It’s to create one that works well enough in your actual life to keep doing it.
