I wanted to take a moment to share that after nearly 4 years at Nashville Therapy Group, I have opened my own private practice, Stillwood Therapy LLC, which officially launched Jan 1. This transition is the next chapter of a long-held dream, and only possible with the support and encouragement of my family, and lots of friends and colleagues along the way. My practice is primarily referral-based, meaning, people find me through the recommendations of those who know and trust me.
