Don’t wait for an injury to happen to start taking care of your body. 🚫🩹

We are stoked to partner with Thundee Run Club for a Running Workshop followed by post run Mobility & Injury Screens! Our goal is to help you move better so you can run longer. We’ll be identifying the stability and mobility gaps that might be holding you back or setting you up for injury.

The Details:
• 📅 Saturday, May 2nd
• ⏰ 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
• 👟 Injury screens available immediately after the run!
• 🎟 FREE for Thundee members.
