As Faith Family Medical Center celebrates 25 years of serving our community, we're reflecting on the incredible people who have made this milestone possible.

Earlier this year, we celebrated Elizabeth Netsch, FNP, our bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner, for an extraordinary achievement—24 years of faithful service, spanning nearly the entire history of Faith Family.

For more than two decades, Elizabeth has cared for patients with compassion, dedication, and excellence. Her unwavering commitment has made a lasting impact on countless individuals and families, helping fulfill our mission of providing quality, compassionate healthcare to those who need it most.

Thank you, Elizabeth, for being an essential part of Faith Family's story and for helping shape who we are today. Here's to celebrating 25 years—and to the remarkable people who have made the journey possible.

We were honored to welcome Senator Jeff Yarbro to Faith Family Medical Center for a tour of our clinic. During his visit, we shared how Faith Family is expanding access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare across Middle Tennessee, including serving approximately 700 of Senator Yarbro's constituents through affordable, hope-filled, patient-centered care.

Senator Yarbro met with President & CEO Sherry Mast, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Parker Panovec, and Chief Development Officer Jeff Parsley to learn more about our mission, the patients we serve, and the lasting impact of partnerships that make our work possible. We had the incredible privilege of sitting down with Linda Lamb and her son, John Lamb Jr., for a special interview.

Standing alongside Dr. Parker Panovec in front of the Faith Family Medical Center South Wing, generously given in memory of Dr. John Lamb, served as a powerful reminder of the lasting impact one person's vision can have on generations of patients and families. His legacy continues to live on through the lives he changed, the mission he helped inspire, and the countless people who continue to carry that vision forward every day.

At Faith Family Medical Center, Love First isn't just one of our core values—it's something we live every day.

This summer, we took time to celebrate the incredible team that makes our mission possible with great food, refreshing drinks, fun games, and plenty of laughter. We were also honored to welcome a very special guest, Faith Family's first President, Laura Hobson, whose leadership helped lay the foundation for who we are today. What a special moment for her and Sherry Mast our new President & CEO to be sitting side-by-side, especially since Laura hired her as Director of Operations years ago, they've truly come full circle, and even wore matching outfits!

With a Hawaiian-themed celebration and smiles all around, it was a wonderful reminder that caring for our team is just as important as caring for our patients.

About Our Instructor: Anne Layman Wires

Anne has been the HealthPass Lead at Faith Family Medical Center since it officially began in 2021. She has worked in healthcare for 27 years serving at both Ascension Saint Thomas and Faith Family Medical Center.

Anne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master level degree in organizational management. She is known for her relationship building, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to identify and improve processes.

Sandwiched between her time in healthcare, she led and oversaw business development and marketing for Life Credit Union. She is quick to share that her motto is to “Under promise and Over Deliver!” Anne’s experience creating, continuously improving, and executing every aspect of HealthPass has given her a small taste of the entrepreneur’s journey.
