Join us this Thursday at “Weigh to Go, Baby!” our free, mom & baby support group. Come learn or refresh your Infant CPR & Choking safety skills. This is NOT a certification course. This group will be led by our very own RN, IBCLC & American Red Cross instructor Lakeshia Foster!

This is an Infant CPR & Choking Safety primer/refresher session. If you desire a private, in-home, small group (1-4 people), FULL private class, you can email Lakeshia to schedule [email protected]

CANCELED DUE TO RAIN

Come hike with us! Saturday 7/25/26 at 9:00AM at the Edwin Warner Park, meet at the Nature Center on Hwy 100 in the Bellevue area. You'll find Kate (your hike guide) near the bathrooms at the Nature Center with a bright teal backpack. Hike begins at 9:15AM sharp.

This will be a moderate-intensity 2.5 mile hike through the forest along the Harpeth Woods Trail (there will be hills but we will take it at a doable pace). This is not for strollers. Bring your baby and a baby-wearing carrier. Bring water!

Weather Forecast: 74* and partly cloudy. Rain will cancel the event.
