Not sure what specialty is right for you? You're not alone.

One of the unique benefits of the PB-RNR program is the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of clinical areas before determining your career path.

"If you are a nursing student who isnโ€™t sure what field or specialty you want, this program is great because you get to see many different services. You really get more robust nursing experiences than in nursing school."

For new graduate nurses, that experience can make all the difference when building a strong foundation for the future.

Applications for priority consideration are open through Aug. 31.

The right residency program can help turn your goals into reality.๐Ÿฅ

For Navy Veteran Hunter Hayes, the PB-RNR program provided the experience and support needed to take the next step in his nursing career.

"This program made me feel like I took this next step in critical care. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely apply for the PB-RNR program."

Whether you're interested in critical care or still exploring your options, the PB-RNR program offers valuable hands-on experience and mentorship to help guide your journey. ๐Ÿฉบ

๐ŸšจDon't miss out on this opportunity! Applications for priority consideration are open through Aug. 31.

Could you be part of the next class?

Sixteen Veterans. 39 medals and 10 ribbons. ๐Ÿ…

Veterans from Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) attended the National Veterans (Adaptive Sports and Arts - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) in July, competing across a variety of events and bringing home hardware in archery, co****le, boccia, swimming and more!

TVHSโ€™ Adaptive Sports and Recreation Therapy program gives Veterans opportunities to optimize independence, elevate community engagement and enhance quality of life. Activities include cycling, golf, bowling, archery, pickleball, table tennis, rowing and more.

Want to get involved? An consult must first be placed by your primary care provider. Recreation Therapy will then schedule an assessment to learn about your goals and interests and determine which activities may be a good fit (learn more at https://www.va.gov/tennessee-valley-health-care/programs/whole-health/whole-health-recreation-therapy-creative-arts-therapy/).

Congratulations to all 16 Veterans! ๐Ÿ‘
