This conference supports Early Childhood Educators with resources to enhance their understanding of child development and early education issues.

PDI would like to recognize these team members for completing all three Direct Support Professional (DSP) Certifications and the Frontline Supervisor (FLS) Certification through the NADSP eBadge Academy.

This is a significant accomplishment and reflects their commitment to professional development, quality supports, and strong frontline leadership. Completing the full DSP I, DSP II, DSP III, and FLS pathway takes real consistency and effort.
