We’ve been Dolly Parton fans for a long time at Aspire. If you’ve been to our Madison office, you’ve seen our favorite poster of Queen Dolly, and even the toy version of Dr. Randi loved her.

So, you know NOT to use Q-Tips in your ears (right…?? 🙏) - but how DO you keep your ears clean?

Dr. Randi explains that you probably don’t have as much wax as you think! The ears are self-cleaning, so usually just a little bit of water will do the trick.

If you feel like you’re underwater or your hearing is suffering, definitely come see us and we can take a look. But, for day-to-day maintenance, let your body do what it does best! 💙🦻

Protect your ears by coming to see us for filtered ear plugs, so you don’t miss any of the quality of the sound, but your hearing remains intact. 👏🏻

(Worst case scenario, take some foam ones - they’ll muffle it some, but work in a pinch!)

Last week was a busy one, with trainings, Lunch & Learns, and celebrating Dr. Jane’s engagement! We love an excuse to get together for some team building, while also learning how to serve our patients even better. 🦻💙
